Summary               Sales Operations is a function within a business that is charged with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of a company’s sales organization. Pleora is looking for an individual who wants to be part of a successful team. Someone who supports our company’s sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimising data sets, sales process and sales applications. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this individual will manage our sales operations and administration staff, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement. What you do:

Build and manage a seamless partnership with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Operations, Application Engineering and Product Development
Support the design, implementation and optimization of our CRM system ( in collaboration with our functional leaders
Maintain ownership and responsibility for data, integration and overall functionality and utilize the available data to ensure sales people comply with their responsibilities
Oversee the sales opportunities’ process, driving high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency throughout
Conduct regular pipeline and opportunity reviews with Regional Sales Managers
Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to drive efficient and accurate sales forecasting
Work closely with Marketing to ensure that Sales is fully aware of collateral and content available to them as well as how to access and utilize those tools for maximum effectiveness
Define, track and report sales performance metrics and trends
Modify methods, techniques, and procedures to achieve desired results
Create, validate and distribute reports related to sales activities and clients as well as compile and circulate monthly and quarterly reports to a cross-functional audience
Design and work with cross-functional processes
Other duties and special projects as required

What you need:

Bachelor’s or College degree; or a combination of experience and education
Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, preferably in sales
3-5 years of managerial experience of leading a sales development team
Considered as asset: experience selling in a B2B environment
To be well-versed in (or another CRM system), ensuring that the selected tools are incorporated into the operating practices within the client programs
Ability to multitask – have a wide variety of skills that can be employed simultaneously
Be able to see the bigger picture of how sales teams can function more efficiently and effectively
Be highly motivated
Be driven -self-starter- who can be trusted to do meaningful work
Must have:

Strong negotiation skills
Leadership skills: be able to work both individually and in a team
Excellent communication skills
Analytical Analysis skills in order to analyze and interpret large sets of data, including a number of intangible factors
Planning Abilities- be able to plan strategies and future operation goals effectively
Trend Analysis-be able to recognise trends and foreshadow trends in the future
