Summary intro

The successful candidate will be part of a results-oriented and energetic team. In this role you will audit and update critical sales data in the company’s CRM platform (Salesforce), and support sales administration activities as needed. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, you will work closely with the Salesforce Administrator, Sales Administrator, as well as other internal stakeholders to ensure sales data is complete, accurate and consistent. You will be highly organized, have a well trained eye for detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you do

  • Clean-up and update field data in various areas of Salesforce and other sales tools
    Follow best practices to ensure data integrity (provided)
    Use and create reports and checklists to organize progression through data clean-up projects
    Perform basic web research to determine missing record data where appropriate
    Work with Sales team members and other stakeholders to facilitate the completion of supplier information forms and support other sales activities as needed

What you need

At least 1-2 years’ experience updating data/records in Salesforce, MS CRM, ERP or a related information management system; or a combination of education and work related experience
Methodical thinker with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Works well under pressure
Good people skills; team player
Strong/professional email communication skills
Ability to work effectively remotely
Basic to intermediate level skills in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
Asset:  Experience working in a customer service role
